An international network of experts
Recruiting managers or experts abroad
To assist our international clients, we have established a partnership with Ferguson Partners, a London-based direct approach firm specialising in the real estate sector. Since September 2015, as part of this partnership, we have also set up a European platform in collaboration with the law firms Kollmannsperger (Germany) and Escalier International (Netherlands). This alliance enables us to assist companies in managing their international recruitment issues and to offer interested candidates career development abroad. The firm has already assisted clients in recruiting in Europe (Spain, England, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden) but also in the United States, Australia and China.

Haussmann Executive Search sponsors Pauline Déroulède, French Wheelchair Tennis Champion
"There is always hope"
Pauline's story is marked by injustice and a serious accident in October 2018. She was 27 years old and a 90-year-old driver mowed her down on a sidewalk. She loses her left leg under the impact and undergoes long months in the hospital. An avid and ranked tennis player, she switched to wheelchair tennis with the dual ambition of getting back up and becoming an Olympic champion.
"Sports have always been a driving force for me. Tennis has always been my sport..."
Surpassing oneself, winning and advancing have always been his leitmotivs. As part of a detection program called "La relève", the French Tennis Federation and the Yvelines Committee offered her a substantial training program, considering that her young age, her will and her playing technique were major assets to quickly rise in the rankings. She is now the French champion, n°1 in France (July 31, 2022), n°16 in the world ranking (July 31, 2022) and selected for the US Open Tournament in New York in September 2022.
"My goal is to win a medal at the Paris Paralympics in 2024"
Through this objective, she wishes to convey several messages. First of all, that "disability does not kill and that there is always hope, even when you come back from very far". Pauline also wishes to change the lines on the implementation of driving aptitude tests, through her commitment to road safety.
Haussmann Executive Search is proud to be a sponsor of Pauline to accompany her to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and to support her in her societal struggle. Pauline embodies in a very personal way the values of our company: commitment, resilience, open-mindedness, perseverance and fighting spirit, optimism and energy.
